Our trip was absolutely AMAZING!
Alicia was absolutely GREAT! She was very knowledgeable when it came to the Sandals resorts, which in turn allowed us to make the best decision for our want/needs. We will definitely be using Alicia future travel planning! Thank you for handling ALL the details so that we could be stress free and just show up to enjoy our vacation!

Alicia took the time to provide us with options that fit our requests. Without having to ask, she booked us reservations at restaurants, and then we were able to decide if we wanted to keep them or make a change. Prior to our trip, we had copies of her recommended itinerary, which was very helpful when going to the Disney parks. In the past, we have not used a travel agent when going to Disney, but she was able to share tips with us that I never even knew about! I would definitely use her again in the future!

Alicia was so helpful, and patient, in planning my dream "bucket list" trip! She worked with the airline when I needed to make changes and she handled the arrangements with Globus Travel for my tour group. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
