Alicia took the time to provide us with options that fit our requests. Without having to ask, she booked us reservations at restaurants, and then we were able to decide if we wanted to keep them or make a change. Prior to our trip, we had copies of her recommended itinerary, which was very helpful when going to the Disney parks. In the past, we have not used a travel agent when going to Disney, but she was able to share tips with us that I never even knew about! I would definitely use her again in the future!
